Outdoor Pre-Wedding
Scouting for outdoor locations in Singapore inadvertently leads to the debate of whether the western or eastern half of Singapore boasts prettier locations for photo-shoots.
Since the couple featured here spent a good half of their (dating) lives around the western part of the island during their undergraduate years, it did not come as a surprise that most of the stories reminisced were of locations clustered around there. To maximize the hours for the shoot, we tightened the itinerary by trimming down the unnecessary traveling by slotting in a couple more places along the way.
NB: The itinerary for the day was such – IKEA > Hort Park > Rider’s Cafe > Bukit Timah Railway > NUS Arts Canteen > NUS Central Library. There were several other nice options which we had to unfortunately omit due to constraint of time.

Q4 of 2014 was extraordinary!
If Q3 was insanely mad with corporate engagements, the final straight of 2014 could be similarly regarded for the weddings we covered! Instead of a full year review, we decided to dedicate this space solely to the weddings we shot over the last quarter. Thank you for your patronage and trust, patience and thoughtfulness, without them we could not have lasted this long. We owe this to all our clients, couples, friends, relatives of couples and their families. Without your belief, sincerest feedback and word-of-mouth referrals, we would not have arrived this far.
We are truly grateful. Welcome to 2015!

Engagement
I met this lovely couple through an event I covered a couple of years back and we remained friends ever since. As they are heading to Switzerland for an indefinite period in slightly short of a month’s time, they decided to document their delirious hangover post engagement with a short e-session over at the western side of sunny Singapore which they shared fond memories of. Although the weather wasn’t exactly perfect that morning, the opposite could be said of the love between Mel & Jonas that is aptly summed up by Jodi Picoult,
“You don’t love someone because they’re perfect,” she says. “You love them in spite of the fact that they’re not.“
